Bulgarian Ski Resort Borovets Opens Winter Season with ‘Fire&Ice’
One of Bulgaria’s top ski resorts – Borovets – has opened its winter season with a unique "Fire&Ice" evening party.
The opening day of the 2012 winter season at Borovets featured a number of ski and snowboard events, including a happening dedicated to World Snowboarding Day, wine-tasting sessions and culinary degustation.
The fire show in the evening, "Fire&Ice", was a fireball spectacle. Bulgaria’s Borovets greeted its new winter season with lots of snow regardless of the warm weather in early December.
